Over 24 years of experience as a strategic sales & marketing professional, building and leading strong and successful teams.

Held multiple VP of Sales positions at MasterBrand Cabinets for over 14 years, responsible for working with dealers & distributors to achieve sales growth in their markets.  Value designers as the backbone of the cabinet industry, who must balance the customers’ needs and wants with their means to make it happen.  Looking forward to enhancing relationships throughout the state of New York with our many dealer partners to seek solutions and achieve mutually profitable results.

Personally, I enjoy spending time with my family on the water boating, cheering for our favorite sports teams, watching my son play baseball and working on personal construction projects.

One could say being in the Cabinet industry runs in my blood. My Father was one of the first Homecrest cabinet reps over 54 years ago.  I grew up learning about kitchen design and working summer breaks at kitchen dealerships, delivering and helping to install cabinetry. Finally, in 1988 my father convinced me to work with him as a manufacturer’s rep until his retirement, in which I have continued in that capacity for over 37 years.

I grew up believing that manufacturers and dealers should be a partnership in success, and I strive to be a facilitator in achieving that success for both.

I started in the Kitchen and Bath industry as a sales representative in 1994.  I have worked as a kitchen cabinet and plumbing sales representative in the Long Island, NY and New York City markets for over 30 years.  During my 30 years in the industry, I have experience working with both the National Home Centers and the Independent Dealer channels in my territory. Throughout my years, I have represented all facets of the kitchen industry including Stock, Semi-Custom, European, and Custom cabinet brands.

I have built many positive relationships with my customers through the years by providing them with product knowledge training, developing solutions for customer concerns, motivating designers and salespeople to achieve positive results. I have gained a strong knowledge of kitchen design and am proficient with 2020 design software. This has helped me to establish and service my customer base in the New York market.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters.  Most weekends you may find me socializing with friends, spending time at the beach, or watching football.

I have been working in design and space planning for 25 years.  First in the Modular and Custom Office industry and then the Kitchen and Bath industry.

When I joined the Kitchen and Bath industry, I worked as a sales assistant which is where I learned how to design kitchens on paper and in 2020, alongside working with MasterBrand Cabinets.  After 8 years in the office, I decided to become an outside salesperson and started with the Home Center channel of the industry, which quickly led to working with our wonderful dealers here in Long Island, NY.

I am proud to have been servicing our Long Island dealers and designers and I look forward to developing new relationships based on our expanded portfolio of MasterBrand Cabinet brands.

39 years of experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry directly related to kitchen design and cabinetry.  I started my career in cabinetry in the mid- 80’s starting in retail sales for 16 years.  During that time, I was awarded Certification (CKD) by the National Kitchen and Bath Association in June of 1996.  I served as installed services market manager in the Syracuse market for 4 years before joining MasterBrand Cabinets in 2006 as an independent sales rep.

I enjoy working with designers who have a passion for success on the sales floor.  While I have helped develop many designers over the years, I have also learned from them and we have grown together into a winning partnership.

I have over 39 years in the Cabinet industry.  I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work in the cabinet business in the areas of Manufacturing, Distribution, and a Kitchen Dealership.  For the past 21 years I have been an independent salesman representing MasterBrand Cabinets in New York State.  My diverse background in the cabinet business has helped me to understand all aspects of the kitchen business.

I live in Camillus, NY near my   one son and have recently been promoted to grandfather.  In my free time I play a little golf (I am not that good), and enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles Lake on our family boat.

I look forward to continuing relationships with our current dealers and developing relationships with new dealers in the upcoming years.

Talking and connecting with people has always been a passion of mine, so sales came natural to me.

I started working in custom furniture design and sales in 1988, and then moved into Kitchen and Bath Design in 1994 while going to college for Architectural Drafting & Design.  I spent 20 years in Retail Kitchen and Bath Design, holding positions in Sales, Design, Training, and Management roles in the NY Metro market. In 2014 an opportunity arose to move to the wholesale side of the business as a Sales Representative for Ultracraft.  I am proud to move to the Aspire Team to continue my career with Masterbrand.

This experience, in so many roles, across 30 years of working in this business has given me advantages that I use to help my customers; whether that may be in design challenges, 20-20 work arounds, reinforcing customer confidence, or helping to facilitate orders and ultimately solving problems and resolving challenges as they arise.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, and my dogs in both Nyack, NY and Vermont.

I seek constant improvement in my work life as well as my home life as I view improvement as a way of life.  My focus as an independent sales representative for The Aspire Group and MasterBrand Cabinets is to be responsive to dealers, providing them with support and training.

I have been involved in the cabinet industry my entire professional life. Since graduating college and joining the industry in 2012, I have been fortunate enough to work with a variety of consumers ranging from multi-family developers to custom home builders and residential remodelers, delivering a wide array of cabinetry options as an independent wholesaler and designer.   Through my experience as a designer, I have grown to love the detail associated with custom and semi-custom cabinetry and will bring that passion and product knowledge to the Aspire Group and our customers. I enjoy working closely with designer and small business owners who share that passion and look forward to forging new relationships with dealers across the state.

In my free time I enjoy spending time outside with my beautiful wife and daughter as well as playing golf with friends in Saratoga Springs.

Steven Quintano

My career has always been focused on yielding success within small business.  After earning my bachelor’s degree in business from SUNY Geneseo in 1990, I launched my professional path by relocating to California.  While working full time there, I obtained my MBA at the age of 26.  I relocated back east to further my development and have since worked in the New York, Tri-State area for almost 32 years.  Multiple roles over these years aid my performance today including CFO, Entrepreneur, Operations Manager, Team Leader, and Sales Manager. I have specifically been working in the building materials industry for the past 20 years focused primarily on the Mid-Atlantic States.

I believe I bring a unique set of skills that combine an appreciation and understanding of small business with a strong analytical mind, all targeted on driving positive results for my customers and stakeholders. I focus on listening for opportunities to solve issues and needs quickly.

I grew up on Long Island, NY and now live in Central New Jersey with my family of four. I enjoy being a dad and watching my kids play competitive sports. I also enjoy the beach and watching just about any competitive professional or collegiate sport, either live or on TV.

Having worked in the architectural millwork and cabinetry market since 1996, I truly enjoy using  skills I have gained to bring an added value in supporting our sales team and customers.  I draw from my prior experience at a MasterBrand Cabinets independent sales rep firm,  a high-volume cabinet dealership and my years within a custom millwork company.

To me, assisting in the growth of successful relationships within our business is extremely rewarding.  You will find a positive energy when reaching out to me; I take much pride working hard for you behind the scenes every day!

I am very grateful to be living such a full life!  The East Coast is a beautiful area and when not working, I can usually be found on an outdoor adventure with family or friends.
